Szczyt Formy to cykl otwartych spotkań autorskich z uznanymi artystkami i artystami młodego i średniego pokolenia, zajmującymi się szeroko pojętymi działaniami przestrzennymi. Cykl ten jest wspólną inicjatywą Koła Naukowego Forma przy Katedrach Rzeźby ASP we Wrocławiu oraz Galerii Entropia. Spotkania pomyślane są jako autorskie prezentacje dające artystom/kom możliwość bezpośredniego przedstawienia swojej sztuki bez żadnej mediacji, publiczności zaś osobistego kontaktu z artystami/kami, a także zapoznania się z żywym procesem twórczym czy problemami istnienia na współczesnym rynku sztuki.

The Peak Form is a series of open meetings with both young and middle-aged recognised artists who all work in various types of spatial art. It is an initiative of the Forma Scientific Circle from the Department of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław and Entropia Gallery. The meetings take the shape of artists' presentations which are intended to give them an opportunity to directly show their art without any mediation. Additionally, students (and the rest of public) have a chance to personally meet the artists, as well as to find out more about the creative process or issues concerning the current art market.
