W Galerii Entropia rozpoczynają się prace renowacyjne fragmentu zabytkowego stropu uszkodzonego przez zalania. Przechodzimy zatem w permanentny „stan performatywny”, który potrwa zapewne przez kilka najbliższych tygodni /mowa jest o 6 do 8/.

W tym okresie galeria zawiesza regularną działalność wystawienniczą co nie oznacza, że nie możecie oczekiwać niespodziewanych splotów okoliczności, działań site-specific czy chwilowych eventów poza tym „głównym nurtem”.

Sama sytuacja skierowuje naszą uwagę na historię tego miejsca zarówno w perspektywie wieków /strop pochodzi z XVII w/, jak i ostatnich, blisko czterdziestu lat działalności.

Mimo, że destrukcja otacza nas coraz bardziej – w Entropii trwa re-konstrukcja na wszystkich frontach :)

Renovation work is beginning at the Entropia Gallery on a section of the historic ceiling damaged by flooding. We are therefore entering a permanent “performative state,” which will likely last for the next few weeks (we are talking about 6 to 8).

During this period, the gallery is suspending its regular exhibition activities, but that doesn't mean you can't expect unexpected twists and turns, site-specific activities, or temporary events outside the “mainstream.”

The situation itself draws our attention to the history of this place, both in terms of centuries (the ceiling dates back to the 17th century) and the last nearly forty years of activity.

Although destruction surrounds us more and more, Entropia is undergoing reconstruction on all fronts :)
